Multiple Layers in Ansoft Designer

Hello!

I've been able to simulate a one layer FSS array with Ansoft Designer, but I wanted to do more than one layer. I can see when I go to Layout --- Layers that I can add more layers. How do I draw the shape that I want for the elements on the next layer?

Any help would be appreciated!
