HFSS error: Unable to obtain process status for process mesh3d

Hello! I keep getting errors like this - which didn't happen before for the same 3D model. Could someone help me? Thank you!!!

Oh, found it... My disk space is all taken up by the old solutions. It runs OK after I cleaned it up... Sorry for the spam...
