Base station mobile station scenario - MATLAB! Help!

I am trying to program a scenario where there are two base stations in adjacent cells. There is one mobile station in one cell and another one at the adjacent cell. Both of them communicate with the representative base station in same frequency and same time slot. Which means there is adjacent cell interference.

I need to program this scenario in Matlab...

Anyone could give a little help in here?
