Mcrostrip based 3:1 power divider?

can anyone help me in making a 3:1 ratio poer divider?i have calculated the widths of the lines n i know the power at the output but im not getting exactly wat i require in simulations even beacuse if it would b so then the practical results would not be far from my requirement.
as there is a great difference in widths so thats y s12 & s13 are not good?
wat kind of divider would be useful?
