inductance simulation

when i simulate the s2p file of inductor and equivalent circuit of inductor , the conclusion is a little bit difference.

Why ?

The the SPICE model uses a limited amount of L, C and R's to model the device - as close as possible to the S-parameter measurements (S2P-file). Otherwise the SPICE model would become very complex. The simplification gives some differencies between the two. See article 'S-parameters and SPICE models':
