Inductor Modelling using HFSS or Momentum

Hello,

Looking for examples on how to do inductor modelling in @DS Momentum or HFSS. Preferable a tutorial, a thesis, a paper or anything that goes through the design flow for extracing model parameters and simulating suitable for RFIC type designs.
