1. By definition Rsp= Rau * L /A
2. Rsp= Rdson x transistor active area. E.g. HV LDMOS's Rdson=2 Ohm,active area = 1e-3 cm^2. Then your Rsp = 2 mOhm * cm^2.
3. Usually, if current density (Id=A/cm^2) is specified, you can use Rsp* Id to calculate the voltage drop.
