edif 200 导入cadence不成功

将edif200 导入cadence下，icfb里显示process edifin done
但是edif.log 里报错，error at line :1 between "EDIF"and 'chip_edif' unexpected character

不理解什么意思啊。求大神指点。

dos2unix +file 文件格式不对,尝试修改其格式为unix
