ic compiler 2007的启动问题

ic compiler 2007的启动问题命令后出现错误：
Fatal: Galaxy-Common+Galaxy-ICC is not enabled. (DCSH-1)
Exit IC Compiler！
是什么原因呢?
licen——se中有这两个的Galaxy-CommonGalaxy-ICC

应该还是License问题，旧的license不支持了，你要弄个新的license；
我以前碰到的是dc有这样的问题，换了license就好了
