primeTime for ocv and aocv

STA timing analysis reported timing margin very small, setup < 0.02, hold < 0.01and I have spef.max and spef.min generated in ICC
I have heard that the ocv and aocv would confirm more margins

please help to advice how to run STA analysis with ocv and/or aocv

小编，我有点困惑你的问题，你现在跑的sta不是基于on chip variation的吗?有设derating吗?
如果你之前没有derating的设置，用ocv或者AOCV都会让sta分析更悲观才对啊
