用innovus做 init_design 时产生的warning问题

大家好：
我用innovus做init_design时发现如下警告：（就是在一个.lib文件中有几个cell没有功能定义，这几个模块是去耦电容）
warning ： NO function defined for cell ' STL_RDCAP8' The cell will only be used for analysis.
warning ： NO function defined for cell ' STL_RDCAP64' The cell will only be used for analysis.
warning ： NO function defined for cell ' STL_RDCAP4' The cell will only be used for analysis.
warning ： NO function defined for cell ' STL_RDCAP32' The cell will only be used for analysis.
warning ： NO function defined for cell ' STL_DCAP8' The cell will only be used for analysis.
warning ： NO function defined for cell ' STL_DCAP64' The cell will only be used for analysis.

这个应该怎么修改掉啊?

这是工具在check library时，报这些decap cell没有功能描述，physical only cell可以waive。
