RTL设计中有173个float点,使用矩形图检查min_capacitance时,图形如下:

目前已经把单元尺寸可以改小的改小了,插入buffer并没有效果(以前的单元pin无违例,其后加入的buffer输出端违例)。如果需要修复这类违例,有什么方法可以不需要重新在ICC中进行CTS,直接在route阶段就可以修复此类违例的吗?求大神解疑

输出端cap违例, 可以size_cell,或者fanout过大,调整fanout

cell已经是最小的了,如果换成较大的cell,min_cap反而会加大

急急急急!跪求各位大神解疑

fanout过大吧?set_max_fanout
