CentOS 6.4 上运行64位encounter 9.14 不能显示图形界面

在6.3上运行EDI 32 ，64位均正常。
最近升级CentOS到6.4：运行32位EDI，正常；64位的EDI不启动gui，可以运行，启动gui就自动退出。
输入encounter -64 显示如下：

你试一下用 “encounter -simplefont” 运行一下

应该是系统有些驱动没装全，查看系统运行的告警或错误，然后update

是的，后来又更新了很多库，设置DISPLAY=unix：0就可以了。

CentOS的/usr/lib64/libGLU.so和encounter自带的mesaGLU冲突不兼容。所以需要卸载掉系统的/usr/lib64/libGLU.so。
可以首先rpm -qa | grepmesa-libGLU-devel 看看具体的包名字叫做什么。
然后rpm -e mesa-libGLU-devel-9.2-0.5.el6.x86_64
