ICC 输出GDS时，如何merge std cell的GDS？［已解决］

如题，在write_stream命令中没有找到相关选项，输出的GDS只有METEL层和VIA，没有std cell。
icc_shell> write_stream -help
Usage: write_stream# Write an GDSII or OASIS file
[-lib_name lib_name](Name of library which stalls the data)
[-format gds_or_oasis] (Output file format. gds(default) or oasis)
[-cells cell_name](Name of the cells to output)
[-cell_file cell_name_file]
(Output cells specified in file)
stream_file_name(Name of stream file to write)

找到了，原来还有 这条命令：
set_write_stream_options -child_depth
默认的 child_depth是0。
