ICC做LVS报short: short between net NULL(0) and POWER (215325)

不过还是有报同样的lvs问题

-power_pin -power_net
-ground_pin -ground_net
-power_net -ground_net -tie

PG没连接，定义下就好了

非常感谢！ 我按照这三个命令做了，short问题解决了。我man了下derive_pg_connection这个命令，我之前遇到的short是不是因为没有把pin 和net连起来造成的呢?

我觉得应该是我的power net 和ground net没有连到power pin和ground pin导致的，请问重新连好后会对版图连接有影响吗?

物理是没连接，肯定有影响啊~
但是只是你没定义，那么它又怎么会对物理版图有影响呢?
icc中物理连接和定义的连接是2个独立不相干的的~
你要知道你到底是物理短路还是没定义导致的~

大哥，derive_pg_connection 只是逻辑上的连接，跟物理连接一毛钱关系没有，你ICC里面有short，如果calibre抽text的时候不把那一层的label打上，照样能过。

那请问怎样看物理上连接上了吗?

人工看或者Calibre等PV工具。
