就是尽量减少功耗， 设成true吧，
具体你可以做个试验， 改成false，出来比较下，report_power ,

这条命令现在新版本已经不支持了，我想问一下，这条命令对power的优化会很明显吗?
改成set_prects_power_optimization_options 了
