global route cell,总之是overflow number越大越严重,

我看icc的UG,感觉还是不是太清楚
the Overflow value is the total number of wires in the design that do not have a corresponding track available.
意思是超出承受能力的线的数目
The Max value corresponds to the highest number of overutilized wires in a single global routing cell.
意思是一个routing cell最大承受超出的线的数目,那就是max=4,表示实际分配给这个cell的global route最大可以比正常超出4?
The GRCs value is the total number of overcongested global routing cells in the design.
意思是所有overcongested的cell num
那GRCs*Max岂不是应该等于overflow?
