一、我在 ：
set_check_library_options –all
check_library时，ICC提示出现如下问题
我用的都是smic18 的自带的，我点击后显现：
This message occurs when there are more serious issues are found in the
checking result listed in the table that follows. It redirectsyouto
the message ID on next line that will give you detailed information.
二、我在用ICC加载TLUPLUS问的时候出现问题：
The error message occurs when certain layer names in ITF files arenot
consistent.It is required all ITF files have the same layer name set-
tings.
不知道怎么解决，希望大神帮忙。谢谢

按提示的意思，好像是两个ITF中via的名字不一到致：subcont vs subCont?
应该是tf和ITF的via不匹配，或者是map文件有问题，具体再看看吧
用 cell tluplus , nxtgrd , file ， tran is for transistor level ,
cell is for gate level ,
something wrong in tf， first、 item
