如何查看某个attribute的涵义

refer to the userguide please！
for exaplme youcan get the iformation for is_soft_fixed:

Could you tell which UserGuide I should refer to? I cannot find it anywhere.BTW, can I refer it in icc_shell with any command like "man" or "help"?
