encounter place 问题

用 encounter 布局过程中，出现如下错误 ： TopPreferredLayer M3 is smaller than BottomperferredLayer M3, the top/bottom preferredLayer for CTS should be changed using the "SetCTSMode " command .
不知道什么原因，哪位大虾遇到过同样的问题啊 ?

top and bottom should be different layers , right?
eg: top layer M4
bottom layer M3

这相当于只设了M3走线哦

应该是3M的design吧，在设置里面CTS部分把top设为M3，bottom设为M2
