encounter中lef文件load问题

为什么有时候可以load lef文件，有时候不可以
error：must be blank,cget,configure,copy,data,get,put read,redither,transparency,or write.
terminal的信息是：please rearrange the lef file order and make sure the technologylef file is the first one,exit and restart First Encounter

first, load tech.lef
......

tech,lef 放在第一个

载入lef文件的时候要注意顺序，可以理解为lef有个头文件要注意先载入
举个例子，如果你是5metal的，那么你要先把5层metal的lef载入进去，然后载入core的lef，再是core lef相对的anatenna lef；然后是pad的、最后macro

error不都提示的很清楚了撒
