ICC自动create HFN buffer tree的时候，产生PSYN-866 error

ICC在placement的时候，采用place_opt会自动create HFN buffer tree。但是遇到PSYN-866类型的error，意思就是create buffer tree失败。我确定在这之前没有任何error。我初步怀疑是这版网标出的问题，以为同样的设计以前都没遇到这个error，只是今天遇到的。我report了high fanout net，除了clock，reset比较大，其他的都正常（因为综合的时候设的上限值是50，所以fanout数都是<=50）。
请问各位大侠是否遇到过?一般是什么原因导致的呢?

谢谢楼上两位的回复。
不过，PSYN-866我已经man过了，信息不是太多，对于解决问题没太大帮助价值。
我今天已经debug出来是因为我读进来的floorplan def里面没有track的定义。
用命令check_physical_design能报出来一些提示信息。

老實說,我不太相信是trace 的問題,不過問題解決了就好.
因為如果是trace的問題,不會只有在create HFN buffer tree的时候報error.
