ICC power 问题

刚学ICC ，power:VDD,ground:GND (standcell 里为VSS)，统一为GND.
这样设置有问题吗?
derive_pg_connection -power_net VDD -power_pin VDD -ground_net GND -ground_pin VSS
derive_pg_connection -power_net VDD -ground_net GND-tie
设置后,save_mw_sel 时出现错误:
ERROR：P/G pin of cell instance u_top/u1 connected to non-P/G net VDD
ERROR：Power pin of cell instance u_top/u1 connectednet VDD not with power type

明白这个错误的因原是,电源属性,但不知如何形成,与改正.
ICC我没用熟呢.

那个，你只有一个power domain吗?

只有一个power domain。
加命令derive_pg_connection是成功的，保存时，就一堆的ERROR了。
刚用ICC，难道步骤有问题? setup后,floorplan前?
