Have Astro CMD to do the cell placement close to pin？

Hi all,
Have Astro CMD to do the cell, for example high drive buffer, place closed to pin?
(for block apr, the out-side environment is not well know. ...)
If you know that, please share it with me. thanks,

for icc , there is magnet_placement , for Astro ,dont know ,
by defatult , cells are placed near to its connections ,
