硕士毕业做IC待遇如何

小弟九月底即将硕士毕业，现就读于University of Liverpool，微电专业（microelectronic systems），project 也是做IC (Logic circuits operating in subthreshold)。
无工作经验，不知道毕业后可以找一份何等薪资的职位。
请各位前辈指教！

读博还要三年，时间不等人啊，关键自己对研究也不是很感兴趣，再考虑到其他因素，对接着读没什么想法。三年时间如果出来工作应该也会学到一些东西，现在也挺迷茫的，不知道现在回国可以找一份何等待遇的工作

国内价在7k左右，（6k～9k），海外回来不知能否增值?

完全看你自己的实力了，个人认为大公司喜欢招新人培养，
小公司的话一般都不会找没有工作经验的，
另外你是靠钱砸出去的还是自己实力出去的?这个区别也很大了。

Thank you for your reply, I will not say i m better than all of them, but i thought I am much more suitable for the job than them. The reason is that the education systems is quite difference and much better than China, i really learned something whatever in theory and practice . Secondly, I just use one year for the master degree, so i can contribute more for the company . Thirdly, I am familiar with Cadence. The fourth advantage is my English. Finally, ienjoyed in this module and have a good supervisor, I believe I will move more deeply in the last three months from my project.
