CC1310程序仿真时出现Error -2134

CC1310下载程序出现了错误：Cortex_M3_0: Can't Run Target CPU: (Error -2134 @ 0x0) Unable to control device execution state. Reset the device, and retry the operation. If error persists, confirm configuration, power-cycle the board, and/or try more reliable JTAG settings (e.g. lower TCLK). (Emulation package 6.0.576.0)

Lost control of device execution state

This error means the device is free running and the JTAG debugger lost control of its core and status. Both a disconnect and power cycle will be required, but there is a possibility the running firmware on the device may be preventing the JTAG debugger from properly connecting (if the device has flash memory). In these cases, consult the documentation of your device to find out how to unlock it.

说明jtag调试器失去控制了，一般来说，断开连接或者断电重连就能恢复。

我重现断开好几次，都这样，换了几块儿板子都这样，好像是个共性问题，不知道怎么回事，折腾了3天了

有可能是晶振不稳或者电源不稳造成的，你测量一下看看。
