Job Duty:
.Performs technical support for all PNI products in a professional, proactive and timely manner.
.Works with customers to understand the application and requirements ,and recommends the appropriate product or solution
.Able to read and debug customer embedded systems using SDK
.Help customer implement kernal driver and HAL into their system
.Provides on-site customer pre and post-sales design support; including product evaluation
integration, testing support; including product evaluation , testing, bench-marking and other technical needs
.Performs hands-on validation testing on prototypes and products using oscilloscope, logic analyzer ,PNI test equipment, or other tools as needed.
.Requires the ability and willingness to travel often to customer sites.
Qualification:
.BSEE or related field required ,MS in EE or related field preferred.
.English qualifications CET4 above
.Minimum 3 years experience working in a technical capacity interfacing with customers.
.Minimum 3 years of technical software coding experience in consumer electronics. Experience working with inertial and magnetic sensors preferred.
.Working knowledge and understanding of the basic principles, theories concepts and practices related to sensors and analog hardware.
.Experience in integrating hardware into systems running Android systems, familiar with Android sensor architecture
.Good written and oral communication skills
.Ability to work well with others
.office Environment 50% , Domestic Travel 50%.
