Job Title: Product Engineer
Hiring Dept: Flash Memory Product Eng
Job Description
- Be responsible for packaged flash memory test program development, units failure analysis and device issue debug
- Be responsible for NAND Product and Package Qual / Rel tests setup / eFA / Action Plan.
- Providing correct test condition for the memory product and generate defined test flow for volume testing needs
- Product Evaluation DOE for Rel / DPPM improvement and D/S and KGD Sort Yield improvement.
- Run the test time analysis to get a lowest cost test method in order to reach short test time and high testing coverage
- Define / improve testing method to deal with new product introduced to mass production and marketing
- Deliver a world class throughput time on the testing code development to reach the most effective way of sample delivery TPT (ThroughPut Time)
- Work with multinational team to complete assigned projects in PDT (product development team) required time.
Job Qualifications
- Electrical Engineering background with BS degree needs 5-8 years experiences on memory testing
- Familiar with most advanced development test program: ATL or wafer level test program coding
- Have knowledge on NOR/NAND or RAM testing
- Ability to troubleshoot, analyze complex problems, multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Excellent English communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Good team work, willing to learn, logical thinking and pressure taken
- Good communication skills
System Engineering Manager – SSD（固态硬盘）

Responsibilities:
? Provide system engineering leadership to link system test, hardware, software, firmware, quality, FA, mechanical, electrical, and product engineering aspects of Solid-Disk-Drive manufacturing.
? Manage and provides technical guidance to product engineering, MFG test, FA and EMS management teams in China.
? Drive test process improvement, Yield improvement, hold lot disposition, cost reduction, capacity improvement, MRB material disposition, failure analysis on low yield lots, qualification fail, QC fail, and RMA return
? Work closely with corporate R&D team and CM to ensure smooth product transition
? Provide support to assembly & packaging engineering to identify process yield issues
? Work closely with operation to ensure shipment fulfillment
Requirements:
? Experience in system engineering and architecture for SSD, laptop or PC products.
? Experience or knowledge of storage architecture
? Good understand on IC component such as DDR, EEPROM, ASIC especially Flash memory
? Good understand of all aspects of system test including test, hardware, mechanical, electrical, system interfaces, firmware and software.
? Good Knowledge of SAS/SATA/PCI-e/USB interfaces at both device and host level.
? Experience with SSD HW/SW testing at system and component levels.
? Experience in systems engineering design and debug; including traceability from the system level to component levels.
? Familiar with environmental stress screening and testing that includes shock, vibration, and thermal cycling of SSD and component level.
? Experience with C/C++, Visual Studio and others.
