请教一个网表错误

我在ic610里做一个简单的反相器，schematic没问题，但是仿真时出现错误，

用的NCSU-1.6beta版的库，可用于IC610
应该不像是库的问题，error信息说是元件的view不对，我在Analog Design Environment(ADE)里面选的simulator是HspiceD, 对应的器件的view是不是也应该是HspiceD？
如果选Spectre的话，就报错找不到库，不知道怎么回事
