熟悉IBIS的朋友过来看下
在IBIS model中 pin上所定义的R_pin L_pin C_pin的优先级要比R_pkg c_pkg l_pkg的要高,那么[Define Package Model]里面所定义的矩阵又算是怎么回事呢?
还请过路的朋友解释下。另外这些封装寄生参数是不是指die 到 PIN的连线的等效电路模型?
我的看法是
优先级[Pin ]> [package model] > [package]
理由:
[package model] > [package] 和 [Pin] > [package]的证明
1、The values listed in the [Pin] description section override the default values defined here( [package]). Use the [Package Model] keyword for more complex package descriptions. If defined, the [Package Model] data overrides the values in the [Package] keyword
[Pin ]> [package model]的证明
In addition, within that .ibs file, they(define package model) override any globally defined package models that have the same name.
我认为pin中描述数据是local,local的优先级大于Global
不管是X_pin,X_pkg,都只是集总参数的RLC
pakcage model就不一样了。
当然优先级是define package model > X_pin > X_pkg
