关于导出PCB时出现的奇怪问题？

各位大侠：

   我在导PCB时出现如下错误：

NTL ERROR: CLA failed for lib lib, cell tms320f2833x in the design
NTL ERROR: Could not bind instance page1_i1 cell tms320f2833x to a valid view. Please ensure the library containing the cell tms320f2833x is present in the cpm and cds.lib files
 Error occured while reading the following pc.db file : E:\DSP_1123\worklib\cpu/sch_1/pc.db
ERROR: Could not traverse the Hierarchy.
