求教：Allegro导入网表时发生错误

具体的错误提示如下边所说，还请哪位高手帮小弟这个忙

在你的原理图中有AB16这个pin，而PCB库里相应的Symbol没有这个AB16，所以不能导入

楼上说的对！

我检查过了，PCB封装里是有这个pad的，就是倒不过去，不知道为什么。

那是你这个PIN的anti pad以及Termal Pad不符合BGA封装要求,而系统拒绝导入

请参阅系统自带的有PIN打开修改一下再导入试试看！

是不是原理图的封装出错。仔细查查ab16这个pin的名字和number。

实在想不到其它的了
