用HDL画原理图问题请教

最近改一个改原理图，更新到PCB的时候出现以下的错误：
#1 ERROR(1051): Cannot find physical part SELF_CMC_EE13_E850.

E1(SCH_1)AGE1_I3@SELF_LIB.SELF_CMC(CHIPS)
之前的一个错误都改正过来，但这种错误还没找到办法，所以请大家帮忙看看，谢谢了。
Maybe you have modified this part before.You can delete it and readd this symbol again.This problem is often related with the part table file.Please recheck it.
