请教为什么不能启动SPECCTRA？

同样的安装文件在公司里装的是好的，但是回到寝室就是用Fanout或自动布线时不能启动SPECCTRA，请教前辈们！

出错提示入下：

建议将中文路径改成英文路径

这个试过了的，也不行诶.

请老大帮帮忙，不能用Fanout很郁闷的。
