orcad 10.3 在winxp sp2下安装出现的问题

以前在 win2000 pro 下安装 orcad 10.3 未出现任何问题。现在改用 winxp sp2, 在安装 license manager 时出现以下错误：

  The InstallShield Engine(iKernel.exe) could not be installed.

  iKernel.exe could not be copied to 'c:/Program Files/Common Files/InstallShield/Engine/6/Intel32'.

  Make sure that you have the appropriate privileges to copy files to this folder. (0x20)

原因应该是无法拷贝 iKernel.exe 到 'c:/Program Files/Common Files/InstallShield/Engine/6/Intel32' 文件夹。查看该文件夹属性，为“只读、隐藏”，但其属性只能去掉“隐藏”，不能去掉“只读”（执行更改文件夹属性操作后“只读”复选框不能取消），不知何故?我是以管理员帐户登陆的 winxp。
