allegro PCB SI问题

想仿真IR-Drop，选用的工具：allegro PCB SI XL，仿真Static IRDrop，在PDN Analysis界面设置相关的参数后，点击Analyze，出现错误：Fail to the static irdrop analysis for given power/ground nets.    查看log信息，Fail to solve umf matrix in 64bits with error (-31)   我是仿真新手，请大家帮忙指导指导~

看报错好像是操作系统是64位的问题，应该是软件安装问题，不过我也不太懂~
