WCDMA异频邻区最多配多少

同频邻区、异频邻区和异系统邻区最多都是配置31个，一个小区配置的邻区总数不要超过75个，否则小区会倒掉，无法正常做业务。

我终于找到了了，原始协议文档再3GPP 25.311中，从SIB11入手，查找相关参数：同频小区：
10.3.7.33 Intra-frequency cell info list
Intra-frequency cell id 小区取值范围为： Integer(0 ..<maxCellMeas>-1)


10.3.7.13 Inter-frequency cell info list
Inter-frequency cell id  小区取值范围为： Integer(0 ..<maxCellMeas>-1)


10.3.7.23 Inter-RAT cell info list
Inter-RAT cell id 小区取值范围为： Integer(0 ..<maxCellMeas> - 1)


查询10.3.10 Multiplicity values and type constraint values
maxCellMeas Maximum number of cells to measure 32
从而可以知道，理论上，同频、异频、异系统的小区最多都可以配置32个。但SIB11由于消息本身长度限制，不可能达到这个理论值。
