GPRS业务重选的影响因素有哪些?
只是重选迟滞吗?重选偏置有起作用吗?还有惩罚时间之类的,是不是只有重选迟滞才会影响GPRS业务啊?
The MS shall then check whether:
i) The path loss criterion (C1) for current serving cell falls below zero for a period of 5 seconds. This indicates that
the path loss to the cell has become too high.
ii) The calculated value of C2 for a non-serving suitable cell exceeds the value of C2 for the serving cell for a
period of 5 seconds, except;
a) in the case of the new cell being in a different location area or, for a GPRS attached MS, in a different routing
area or always for a GPRS attached MS in GMM Ready state (A/Gb mode) or RRC-Cell_Shared state (Iu
mode) in which case the C2 value for the new cell shall exceed the C2 value of the serving cell by at least
CELL_RESELECT_HYSTERESIS dB as defined by the BCCH data from the current serving cell, for a
period of 5 seconds; or
b) in case of a cell reselection occurring within the previous 15 seconds in which case the C2 value for the new
cell shall exceed the C2 value of the serving cell by at least 5 dB for a period of 5 seconds.
This indicates that it is a better cell.

翻译过来粗略点说就是:考虑C1C2CRH,考虑C2就含CRO/PTTO了
重选偏置和惩罚时间等参数都是在计算C32参数是应用的,单纯的GPRS重选应该只是考虑C2算法和CRH,
重选是MS行为,考虑C1、C2、CRO、CRH、PT、TO就可以了
这个我还真不知道,那将小区CRH修改小,如14DB修改为10DB,是不是能吸收更多数据业务
控制小区的重选的参数,不一样的是GPRS只考虑C2和CRH
A, 无主覆盖小区,信号不稳定
B, BCCH载频故障,或者传输故障
C, CRO设置过大,导致C2值偏高,手机重选过去,实际电平比较低切换至问题载频上
D, 邻区关系丢失,导致小区重选
E, 切换至问题载频上
F, 位置更新导致重选至电平低小区
G, 干扰,导致切换至其他小区,电平较低
