3A和5G是什么意思？能不能详细说一下？

3A: 当前使用的系统的信号质量低于某个设定的门限，而其他系统的信号质量高于某个设定的门限，用于指示进行跨测量或系统切换。
5A：是质量测量事件，表示误码超过了系统设定值。

3A：当前UTRAN的强度低于某一门限，而其他系统强度高于某一门限；
 

3A事件：当前使用频率质量低于一个绝对门限，而GSM小区质量高于另一个绝对门限
