十速科技新推低功耗8位微处理器TMU3131

十速科技新推出的TMU3131是8位微处理器，专为嵌入式设备所量身定制的USB2.0全速通用应用，以精简指令集运算、双周期的微处理器应用为主。主要的特点为，可进行多次可程序烧录，内置振荡频率
提供USB接口做数据传输接口，内置振荡频率可提供千分之二点五误差的48 MHz频率，以及可输出6MHz / 12MHz 频率提供外部模块使用。TMU3131拥有USB接口DMA功能，做为SPI与USB接口之间数据的传输，SPI接口速率可调整到6Mbps。具待机模式与外部换醒功能、看门狗计时、电容式触控等功能，可以在非USB模式下的电池独立模式下工作。内含程序内存6K*14 internal MTP ROM以及 暂存内存RAM 160 Bytes在F-plane位置上 + RAM 128 Bytes 在R-plane位置上。

TMU3131其双重工作模式的设计，能使产品模块发挥更大的应用效益，非常适合用于低功耗的电池应用与USB装置模块的应用上。
