建CAE和CAD symbol 会有啥要注意的

这个我也需要，到现在为止我还是对创建库很迷茫！

要注意part 和device的对应关系

DEVICE: correspond to the part number,
it’s unique.
PKG_TYPE: correspond to the decal of
the CAD symbols, it can be same with
others                                                

The direction of pins（CAE SYMBOL）    Generally, we’d better place the pins on left and right side, but not on top or bottom side. Because we will waste time when adjusting the pin names if we place the pins on top and bottom side.
