破解版xp 下也有这个问题，注意安装次序！先安装PADS，安装成功后在 在安装ORCAD！

不会吧  没有解决的方法吗?

我以前碰到的冲突问题是安装PADS9.2后再安装candence16.3就有冲突，candence16.3运行不了（提示丢失某文件），PADS9.2可以，解决办法是在环境变量里把PATH中有关candence的值放在最前面就行了。
