但是我的PADS库里是有这些元件呀，可是就是说找不到，不知道怎么回事，请高手解答一下谢谢

pads layout中你没有创建对应的PART TYPE：LED24 和SR0603

确认下PADS 库里面的 SR0603  LED24  是在Part Types .还是 Decals. 要为PART TYPE 才可以.

楼上正解，如果是通过import  *.asc文件将sch网表导入layout中，library中必须要有对应的Part Type和Decal才行！
如果是在dxdesiger中直接将网表由Cross Probe导入，则不需要
