pads logic 错误

大侠们，在用basic scripts这个菜单时，会提示：the visual basic engine is not installed properly.please contect pads tech support.接着点“确定”，就出来一个fatal run-time error,press ok to close the programme.我重装过软件也不行，请问大侠们遇到过吗?怎么解决?
