doppler matlab

Hi,
Does anyone know how to write a code to have such output?

This is doppler issue.
I know that I have to generate some CW signal like
x=cos(2*pi*f0*t) + cos(2*pi*ft*t)
Add some random noise to x.
Than make fft to get peaks of f0 and ft. (ft=dopplershift + f0)

I am not good in matlab. Can anyone help?
