phased array antenna simuation

Hi all,

Now, I have to design a phased array antenna with 50 antennas (in 100 GHz freq.).
Could you advice me the best software to simulate? ADS 2008 is the best?

If you deal planar antennas, not conformal ones, then I would strongly recommend CST Microwave studio.
I'm not pretty acquainted with ADS, I just started exploring it a few days ago.

the best software i would reccomend will be a XFDTD by remcom.u can get one with a demo version for thrity days and u will be good to go.
