1port Sparameter

Does anyone know how to convert 1port S-parameter of passive component to 2port one?

I measured some inductors on Impedance Analyzer and I got S11 characteristic.
In addition, I want to know the through characteristic.

If is it lossless network and reciprocal abs(S11)=abs(S22) and S12 = S21 = sqrt(1-S112), exactly S112+S122=1.
