doubt about implementing ome inductors

I desined one ultra wideband LNA that works in 3.-10.6 GHz. in this LNA, values of two inductors are 0.3nH. The performnce of my LNA is good ,but i dont know these inductors are implementable. I searched some paper ,but i did not find any inductor with value less than 0.5 nH. I want to know implementing small inductor are common or no? and implementing small inductors are difficult or no? PLease help me to get insight about this subject.

0.3 nH is a value comparable to most parasitic values of the RF components.
So, just find these parasitic values and integrate them in your design.

I did not understand that my design is reliable for implementing on chip or no?

If I understand right, these two inductors are the only inductors you considered up to now in the analysis of your circuit. I'm not involved with IC design, but I guess they can be implemented. Actually your circuit has a lot more of inductors in a similar order of magnitude, at least all bond wires and more parasitics as pad capacitances. To decide if your design is reliable for implementing on chip, you should proceed to a real world analysis of your circuit as a first step.

Are these inductors are in shunt or in series, let share the schematic design to help you better.
