how to test the nosie figure for 60G input 12G output

we have the frone end, HP8970b. how do we measure it? anyone knows where to get the v band noise source or how to setup the ENR for 60G input?

I know that R&S FSU67 spectrum can do this 60GHz noise figure measurement.

But you need to buy the V band noise source and adapter ( V band to 1.85mm ).
