+fsk +transistor +transmitter

Hi,
I have to design a 2W amplifier for FSK transmitter in two bands 300MHz-350MHz and ~430MHz. Power supplu is about 10V at full transmit power.
Can someone advice on what transistor and architecture/class to use?
The transmitter transmits at 82kbps using FSK modulation.
I was gonna go for class C, but is class D/E also suitable?
What transistor do you suggest to use?
We make small volumes of radios so it has to be a fairly easy to buy transistor.
